Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead safe, compliant maintenance delivery at DST Leconfield on-site. You will coordinate maintenance across the contract, ensuring statutory requirements, health and safety standards and value-for-money targets are met.

You will oversee safe systems of work, review risk assessments, and manage relationships with Defence Infrastructure Organisation and site teams, delivering projects and small billable works with professional

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance delivery.
• HNC in building, civil, electrical or mechanical with a management-level Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS).
• Strong IT skills with CAFM systems and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with site teams and partners.
• Review risk assessments and method statements; ensure documentation in CAFM.
