Qualifications

• Strong experience managing QDC and single source contracts.

• Knowledge of governance frameworks and contract lifecycle management.
• Skilled in preparing SOWs and change orders.
• Understanding of IT law and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage Qualified Defence Contract activities including negotiation.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance.
• Lead cross functional collaboration to resolve issues.
• Produce reports and arrange negotiations.
• Guide on contractual obligations and support risk assessments.
