Page Personnel in Leeds is seeking a Debt Customer Service Advisor to conduct consultative conversations with businesses regarding arrears. You will take payments, set up payment plans, and provide guidance to ensure Recovery targets and SLAs are met.

The role involves telephone and email communication, plus administrative duties and offshore team support. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service/contact centre experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Able to work in a busy volume environment.
• Able to prioritise workload and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Take payments and set up suitable payment plans.
• Provide excellent support and guidance to customers.
• Correspond with customers mainly by telephone and emails, plus administrative duties.
• Support the offshore team with customer service queries and ensure timely resolution.

Job Description

As a Debt Customer Service Advisor you will be having consultative conversations with businesses to enable to help and support with any arrears they have in place.You will be taking payments and setting up suitable payment plans providing excellent support and guidance and ensure recovery targets and service level agreements are met.The role will be corresponding with customers mainly over the telephone there will be emails too alongside administrative duties and as the role progresses will be involved with other responsibilities within the team.The position will also be supporting the off shore team with any customer service queries making sure they are resolved as soon as possible for the client.
