Description

As a Debt Customer Service Advisor you will be having consultative conversations with businesses to enable and support them with any arrears they have in place.

You will be taking payments and setting up suitable payment plans, providing excellent support and guidance and ensuring recovery targets and service level agreements are met.

The role will involve corresponding with customers mainly over the telephone, with some emails, alongside administrative duties and, as the role progresses, will include other responsibilities within the team.

The position will also support the offshore team with any customer service queries, making sure they are resolved as soon as possible for the client.
