VWFS UK is seeking a diligent professional to process finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers and ensure prompt payouts. You will verify details, respond to dealer queries by phone or correspondence, and work with other teams to maintain service excellence.

Key responsibilities include data entry, validating documents, and adhering to FCA regulations while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy assumed.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Enter / handle customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise payments to dealers.
• Liaise with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
