Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a diligent finance document processor to support dealer applications and ensure timely payouts. You will verify documents, process payments, and respond to enquiries by phone or correspondence with a focus on speed and accuracy.

The role requires strong data entry skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of related regulations. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Full PC literacy essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone quickly and accurately.
• Handle customer and dealer data in internal systems following procedures and response time guidelines.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise payment to dealers.
• Liaise with other business areas including Customer Services to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain understanding of FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
