VWFS UK is hiring to process finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers, verifying details and ensuring speedy payout. The role involves handling dealer and customer inquiries by phone or correspondence, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will work as part of a team delivering excellent service and maintaining knowledge of applicable regulations and internal procedures, including data protection and credit acts.

Qualifikationen

• Strong data entry with speed and accuracy
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Experience in customer service or finance desirable
• Understanding of data protection and consumer credit acts desirable
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines

Aufgaben

• Respond to dealer enquiries mainly by phone
• Enter/handle customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise payments to dealers
• Maintain liaison with Customer Services
• Stay updated on FCA regulations to perform competently
