Job summary

VWFS UK is hiring to process finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers, verifying details and ensuring speedy payout to dealers. Advisors must respond promptly to dealer queries by phone or correspondence, while following processing procedures and response time guidelines.

This role requires strong PC literacy, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work later evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays is expected, with

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible pattern incl. evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising payments to the dealer.
• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulations to ensure competence in the role.
• Collaborate with other business areas including Customer Services.
