Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a diligent advisor to process finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group dealers and retailers. You will verify details, validate paperwork, and ensure speedy payouts to our dealer network.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate data entry, handling dealer queries by phone or correspondence, and close collaboration with Customer Services. A strong customer service mindset and knowledge of data protection and consumer credit acts are desirable.

Qualifications

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining understanding of FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
• Processing finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers; verifying details and ensuring speedy payout.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone and correspondence.
• Process finance documents submitted by VW Group dealers/retailers and ensure timely payouts.
• Verify details and authorise appropriate payments to dealers.
• Work closely with Customer Services and other business areas.
• Remain compliant with FCA, DP Act and Consumer Credit Act requirements.
