Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a responsive advisor to process dealer finance documents and respond to dealer inquiries by phone. You will handle data entry in internal systems with speed and accuracy, validate documents, and authorise payments to dealers as required.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer‑centric approach, and the ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service centre, call centre or finance company is desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some Bank Holidays.
• Strong customer service focus with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone with timely, accurate information.
• Enter and handle customer and dealer data in internal systems per procedures.
• Validate customer documents and authorise appropriate payments to dealers.
• Liaise with other areas including Customer Services to resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations to ensure competence.
