Location: Civic Centre, Walsall
Service Area: DaTS (Digital & Technology Services)
Special Conditions: Ability to travel across the borough; English Language Fluency Duty applies; basic digital self‑serve skills required.

As a DaTS Service Demand Lead, you will play a key role in aligning demand and capacity across Enterprise Architecture, the PMO and Technical Services; shaping roadmaps, forecasting resourcing needs, and keeping stakeholders sighted on upcoming projects and priorities.
