Overview

You\'ll deliver high-quality, actionable insights through self-serve dashboards and automated reporting, supporting key stakeholders with a holistic view of customer behaviour. You\'ll play a key role in the Qlik Cloud migration, AI-powered integrations, and process improvements that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency. As a trusted partner to the business, you\'ll contribute to understanding problems and defining solutions.

At EE, data-driven automation is at the heart of how we optimise every customer interaction across digital, assisted, and outbound channels. This role sits within our Commercial & Marketing Data & Decisioning area and enables our commercial stakeholders to make key data-driven decisions every day.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights through self-serve dashboards and automated reporting to support stakeholders with a holistic view of customer behaviour.
  • Contribute to the Qlik Cloud migration, AI-powered integrations, and process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the business to understand problems and play a central role in defining solutions.
  • Write complex SQL queries in cloud environments such as GCP and BigQuery.
  • Automate and build reporting and Qlik apps with deep-dive functionality; ensure accuracy and depth of analysis.
  • Present data clearly to stakeholders and influence decisions through strong analysis and storytelling.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, ownership, prioritisation, and a drive to identify improvement opportunities.
