Redgate creates simple software to help data professionals get the most value out of any database. Our solutions solve complex database management challenges across the DevOps lifecycle, making life easier for IT leaders, development, and operations teams by increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and protecting business‑critical data. The data community trusts Redgate to balance speed to market, team collaboration, and data protection.
Responsibilities
- Support projects and initiatives with analytical thinking and clear insight.
- Help leadership teams measure and track KPIs and OKRs.
- Research and propose solutions to business problems using strong data analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and beyond to understand challenges and show how data can solve them.
- Evangelise data solutions and guide colleagues on how to use them effectively.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analysis to support business processes and decision‑making.
- Work with data sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, Halo, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and product usage data.
- Identify and address data quality issues in collaboration with Data Engineers.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial awareness of sales, marketing, and product functions.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Power BI professional, confident in semantic models and reporting solutions.
- Excellent SQL skills and advanced Excel experience.
- Experienced with BI tools, data modelling, and dashboard/report creation.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
- Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
Bonus Qualifications
- A degree in a numerate or scientific discipline.
- Experience in e‑commerce, web analytics, or funnel analysis.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
- Experience with Salesforce or statistical analysis (e.g., R).
- Background in the software industry.
