As part of our newly formed Chief Data Office, you’ll play a key role in designing solutions that support innovation, improve operational efficiency, and put our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £53,300 - £64,786 London and £47,000 - £57,129 (Outside of London). All salaries are offered dependent on level of experience.
Report to: Data Engineering Manager
Location: London Docklands or Coventry or Manchester (Hybrid).
Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
The last few years have seen the Financial Ombudsman Service embark on an organisation‑wide transformation journey. With data playing an increasingly vital role in our transformation journey, the CDO is shaping a modern, cloud‑first data landscape that supports innovation, enhances decision‑making, and strengthens our customer‑centric approach. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Data team at the Financial Ombudsman Service.
