A leading staffing agency seeks an Interim Data & CRM Analyst to enhance CRM operations and sales strategies in partnership with a global FMCG client. The role involves data analysis, CRM management, and cross-team collaboration to drive sales efficiency. Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong skills in CRM software and BI tools. This full-time, temporary position offers a mix of remote and on-site work in Kingston, with competitive compensation.
Manpower is currently seeking an interim Data & CRM Analyst, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
This role is business critical, so unfortunately, we cannot accept applications with more than 2-4 weeks\' notice period

JOB PURPOSE AND WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You will be part of the Out of Home department which consists of different sales teams (Trade, KAM and Field). You will report to the Operational Excellence and Field Lead Manager. You are responsible for managing the CRM system, day-to-day field sales admin tasks, analyses of sales data, and identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies. Your insights will directly influence who we visit, when, and with what message-ensuring every sales conversation counts. You will work together with the various sales teams to initiate opportunities as well as integrate digital tools into the teams to ensure the contact strategy includes both digital and physical. You will stimulate a culture within OOH where data insights, innovations and digital improvements are continuously considered.
