About The Role

One Aftersales are recruiting for a Data Communications and Insight Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

What you will be doing
  • Reporting into Head of Service and Technical, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and formatting key data sources required for complete department data.
  • You will design, develop and manage high quality reports, insight and visualisations whilst working with stakeholders across multiple departments within VWG UK.
  • Ensure that the Service and Technical teams have the best information available to maximise every opportunity to improve quality and using predictive analytics as a result of Service and Technical activity.
  • To work independently, or with external specialists, to carry out analysis and modelling to support performance and improvement activities internally and externally to target:
    • process Improvement
    • product influences (quality and performance)
    • network performance/ deviations and Investor Group/Brand and Retailer challenges through insight.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role
  • Analytical experience using statistical techniques and comfortable working with, and seeing trends in, large volumes of data.
  • General knowledge of modern data visualisation and BI tool(s) and used to working with a wide range of data sources.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Commercial astute with good attention to detail and highly numerate.
  • Good planning and organisational skills but experience of working in an agile fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to management at all levels.
