Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications from a recognized institution (NVQ or C&Gs) are essential.

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background, performing both reactive and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose faults on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Supervise engineering subcontractors to comply with contracts.
