Qualifications

• Experience in CDC design and operations with IBM or equivalents.
• Knowledge of Db2 catalog and z/OS fundamentals required.
• Proficient in data modelling, normalization, and OLTP vs. analytics trade-offs.
• Strong integration skills using Kafka; adept in Python/SQL.
