A local care provider in Salford is seeking a Data Analyst and Information and Data Quality Lead to enhance service delivery for children in care. The successful candidate will implement a new database, develop performance strategies, and engage in regular data analysis. This hybrid role offers up to 34 days of holiday and robust training opportunities in a supportive work environment.
Data Analyst and Information and Data Quality Lead
Based at Barton Moss (Hybrid working). Closing Date - 12th October 2025. Interviews will take place week commencing 20th October 2025.
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available at Barton Moss Secure Care Centre (Ofsted: ‘Good’ provider) for a Data Analyst and Information and Data Quality Lead. The successful post-holder will work closely with the Head of Service, managers and staff across the centre to develop the use of technology, new systems and data to improve service delivery for the children in our care.
This role provides an opportunity to really shape practice and support Barton Moss in becoming an ‘Outstanding’ provider. The successful post-holder would be joining a committed, passionate and experienced group of professionals that have child-friendly practice and quality care at the centre of what they do.

Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
