Job Title: Data Analyst – HR Data / WorkDay

Location: Remote

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months, with strong possibility of extension)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in HR data and WorkDay to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on improving data quality, identifying discrepancies, and making actionable recommendations to enhance HR processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse HR data quality, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to the HR and People Analytics teams to improve data integrity and reporting.
  • Support the development and enhancement of HR dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Work closely with the team, fitting in seamlessly with existing staff, including Eden Smith.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Hands-on experience with WorkDay and People / HR data.
  • Strong data quality analysis skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with dashboard development and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Additional Information
  • Contract: 6 months, with a chance of extension if performance is strong.
  • Salary: £45–55k depending on experience
