The role
The Analytics (UW) team is responsible for providing analytical support to Underwriting to help manage the performance of a portfolio of products at ERS. The team own the production of the regular dashboards and datasets used for dive analysis, ensuring best practice data standards. The role holder has responsibility to monitor and report on the financial and underwriting performance of the ERS product portfolio and provide general analytical support to the UW team to help manage the portfolio.
They will work closely with the Claims, Underwriting, Pricing, and IT teams as well as other stakeholders across the business, so it is important they are comfortable in owning processes and are able to develop strong business relationships.
Working in a fast paced, agile environment, this role offers you the ability to influence change with exposure to the Senior Management team.
