Overview

A market leading Defence client of ours is currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in Electronics Engineering to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will leverage data to optimize low-volume production processes for complex defence electronics, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex datasets across the electronics production lifecycle.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in manufacturing, testing, and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and quality specialists to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in data collection methods, tools, and management practices.
  • Contribute to the development of performance measurement frameworks across production areas.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong background in Electronics Engineering.
