A healthcare practice in Ferndown is seeking a Data Administrator to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include assisting the practice team and managing patient communications. The role requires flexibility, a smart appearance, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A good standard of education and familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
We are looking for a DataAdministrator to join our friendly team at Pennys Hill Practice. You shouldhave previous experience in a customer service environment, be flexible andwilling to learn and have an ability to work under pressure. Applicants shouldalso be confident and able to project a positive and friendly image to patientsand other visitors, either in person or via the telephone as well as offergeneral assistance to the practice team. Whilst knowledge and experience of theNHS are beneficial, they are not essential, and training will be given. This isa challenging role at times, but it is also very rewarding.

We are looking for a data administrator to join our teamhere at Penny's Hill Practice. We are based in Ferndown Town Centre in walkingdistance to all amenities and the local supermarket. The practice shares thepurpose built premises with Orchid House Surgery with a range of communityservices also being provided from attached facilities.
Pennys Hill Practice is a six partner practice providinga range of primary care and community health services from Ferndown MedicalCentre. We run a personal list system for our 6 GP's and have approximately 7500 patients registered with us. We also have 3 practice nurses, 1Phlebotomist, 1 Phlebotomist / HCA, 1 tracker nurse / HCA and our receptionteam.
