We are looking for a dedicated Damp and Mould Operative to join our team. In this role, you will visit customers' properties to assess and treat various types of mould, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and compliant with health standards. You'll support customers by explaining the cause of damp and mould and helping them find long-term solutions. Each case will be handled with care, considering the seriousness of the problem and any customer needs.

We're seeking someone with previous trade experience, such as property maintenance, plastering, joinery, or similar. While experience in damp and mould treatment is ideal, it's not essential as full training will be provided. You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical processes, along with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The role also requires the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
