Job summary

A dynamic fitness brand is seeking an Athlete Marketing Executive to manage talent across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will recruit and onboard creators, execute marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams on brand campaigns. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, fluency in German, and experience in social media marketing. Qualifications

  • Ability to perform under pressure as a team member and independently.
  • Strong interest in sports, fitness, and health culture.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage creators and athletes across the DACH region.
  • Execute the regional Athlete Marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for talent activation.
  • Track and report on talent performance using KPIs.

Skills

Fluent German
Excellent organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong understanding of DACH cultural landscape

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
