Job summary

Foot Locker in Slough is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to join our sales team. You will talk about athletic sneakers and apparel, start natural conversations, and adapt to different customers while delivering great service on the shop floor.

You will work with colleagues to meet personal and store productivity goals, stay informed about current products and trends, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment. Weekend and holiday availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 0-3 year of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm for customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without supervision
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays
