Job summary

Foot Locker in Leicester is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused retail associate to join our team. You’ll talk about sneakers and apparel, start natural conversations, and resolve issues with a smile while delivering a great in‑store experience.

You’ll work with colleagues to meet personal and productivity goals, stay up‑to‑date on product trends, and create an inclusive, high‑energy shopping environment for every Customer.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
