The successful candidate will manage all Customs & Excise activities for British Airways, ensuring accuracy in submissions and documentation. • Experience with both duty-suspended and duty-paid environments
• Ability to adapt to change and engage team members effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements
• Ensure accuracy of HMRC submissions and documentation
• Develop team knowledge of HMRC requirements
• Provide support in all areas of Customs & Excise
• Represent GXO in customer-facing engagements
