Customer Team Member

Location: 82 - 84 Groomsport Road , Bangor, BT20 5NF

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, work in the in-store bakery to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
