A leading retailer in Gildersome is seeking a Customer Team Leader to enhance customer service while managing and developing a team. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and legal compliance in-store, supporting the store manager, and engaging with the local community. Candidates should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Location: 20 Main Street, Garforth, LS25 1AA
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age‑related sales.
