A well-known grocery retailer in Ambleside is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Benefits include full training, a pension scheme, discounts on products, and 36 days of holiday annually. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Aged 18 or over is a requirement for this role.
Location: Compston Road, Ambleside, LA22 9DR
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: 6am-2pm, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (to be discussed at interview)

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager – while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
