Are you fluent in Czech and passionate about helping others? Join our on-site team in Sofia, where you'll support adult consumers of a leading international lifestyle brand by assisting with product guidance, order tracking, account management, and general inquiries via phone, chat, and email all within a compliance-driven, fast-paced environment.

Location: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Languages: Czech (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Shifts: Rotational: Mon -Sat (09:00 -23:00), Sun (10:00 -19:00)
Type: Full-time
