Job description

This client is a bit different and one of the fastest growing success stories in the Recruitment software service and SaaS sector in the UK. With a great reputation as an exciting, motivation employer (they prefer the term 'community'), they're looking to add a new Customer Onboarding Specialist to their customer success function, focused on successfully onboarding, training and supporting new customer accounts.

With you brilliant communication skills, energy and proactive approach Customer you'll be responsible for delivering consistent, impactful customer training and ensuring smooth, high-quality onboarding experiences for every new customer. By doing this you'll also play a key role in driving customer retention and product adoption, supporting our Account Managers and helping customers unlock the full value of our solutions.

You will work with recruitment sector clients large and small to deliver engaging onboarding, launch, and training sessions that create "wow" moments for their customers, right at the start of their relationship.

You'll work closely with colleagues across sales and product development to support and provide client feedback to help drive continuous improvements so those communication skills and proactive input will come in very handy.

If you've gained prior experience in the recruitment sector in a support or delivery role, love building relationships and are tech savvy and really comfortable using back-end systems, data and deriving insights to inform decisions and future actions, then this could be a fantastic fit.

They're offering a basic salary of £28,000-£30,000 with an easily achievable OTE of c.£35,000 based on your and your team performance, a great office environment (with hybrid working) and strong benefits.
