We have an opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Partner! In this role, you will liaise with our workers via email and telephone, resolving queries efficiently and supportively. We're looking for someone solutions-focused, as you'll liaise with internal teams to support processes and eradicate queries at root cause whenever possible.

Every day you will...

  • Manage all telephone and online queries raised by workers such as customer preferences, pay queries, annual leave, compliance, system changes, and hourly rates, ensuring all are handled supportively to encourage continued effective working relationships with candidates
  • Focus on customer experience to encourage worker retention and minimize unnecessary attrition by providing an effective query handling operation
  • Use our customer support systems, ensuring appropriate resolution of incoming queries and all activity tracked correctly
  • Work with internal teams to support continuous improvement of the Bookings function to meet client, business, and regulatory requirements
