Job summary

AVIRE is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service support to our customers in the Americas. You will work with a diverse team to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate documentation, and proactive communication throughout the buying process.

Reporting to the Commercial Sales Operations Manager, you will handle quotes, troubleshoot product issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and changes, credits, card transactions and returns.
• Review order status and drive proactive customer outreach.
• Provide quotes for projects and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly; document interactions in CRM.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions.
