Job summary

XMA is seeking a personable and confident Service Solutions Consultant to join our customer-facing pre-sales team. You will work alongside Solution Architects, Sales and Service Delivery to develop managed service solutions, prepare quotations and responses, and present offerings to customers.

You’ll participate in customer meetings, lead discovery discussions, translate needs into practical solutions, and coordinate proposals with technical specialists to ensure timely, accurate responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, service delivery, or related technical role.
• Good understanding of how IT support and managed services are delivered.
• Confident communicating with customers and presenting information clearly.
• Personable approach with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and ability to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Interest in developing career in pre-sales and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings, presenting managed and professional service offerings.
• Lead initial customer discovery discussions to understand requirements and priorities.
• Translate customer needs into practical service solutions aligned with capabilities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and RFIs/RFPs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, Account Management and technical specialists.
• Coordinate internal inputs to proposals and ensure timely delivery.
