Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Sales Support Associate to drive client engagement and sales support. You will liaise with Account Managers and Sales Directors, manage CRM records, and help forecast pipelines while presenting compelling AV solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inside sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce or Jira.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn technology products quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email and online channels to uncover sales opportunities.
• Provide commercial support for customers, Account Managers and Sales Directors; assist in Salesforce management and forecasting.
• Develop deep understanding of AV products and services; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Qualify leads and assess suitability for opportunities.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations addressing client inquiries.
• Drive closure of sales orders and achieve targets; follow up on leads timely.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with external sales team and technical experts to resolve customer needs.
• Generate sales reports and analyse data to improve strategies and conversion rates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
