Job summary

KJUS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our UK team. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, evaluate and process warranty claims, and support invoicing and inventory data integrity across systems.

With 2–3 years in e-commerce or customer service, you will maintain customer files, assist with pre-book orders, and provide sales support while collaborating with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an e-commerce or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Process warranty claims and invoicing accurately.
• Maintain inventory data and customer files across systems.
• Enter pre-book orders and assist order processing.
• Prepare sales statistics and support the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing/e-commerce for promotions and events.
• Assist with fulfillment and shipment of orders.
