Job summary

KJUS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our UK team. You will handle calls and emails, process warranties, manage invoicing and orders, and ensure data integrity across systems. The role requires strong English communication, a degree, and 2–3 years in e-commerce or customer service.

You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Marketing to support promotions and events, while maintaining excellent service levels and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in e-commerce or customer service, or Associate degree with 3–5 years.
• Strong client/service orientation with reliability and flexibility.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and customer emails professionally and empathetically.
• Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims.
• Manage invoicing and order processing.
• Maintain inventory data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain customer files, orders, invoices, and payments.
• Process pre-book orders and support logistics.
• Prepare sales statistics and reports for the sales team.
• Assist with fulfillment and shipment of orders.
• Coordinate with marketing/e-commerce on promotions.
