Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails addressing customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims with high service standards.
• Manage invoices and inventory data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain customer files, orders, invoices, payments, and correspondences.
• Process pre-book orders and assist with order fulfillment and shipping.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Logistics Team; support marketing and e-commerce for promotions.
• Prepare sales statistics and reports to support the sales team.
