KJUS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our UK team. You will handle calls and emails, process warranties, manage invoicing and orders, and ensure data integrity across systems. The role requires strong English communication, a degree, and 2–3 years in e-commerce or customer service.

You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Marketing to support promotions and events, while maintaining excellent service levels and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in e-commerce or customer service, or Associate degree with 3–5 years.
• Strong client/service orientation with reliability and flexibility.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to maintain data integrity.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our UK team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Expert in answering phone calls and customer emails to address customer concerns in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.

• Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims with professionalism and superior customer service.

• Account Invoicing.

• Support in managing the accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory (including salesman samples) across all business systems.

• Maintain customer files, orders, correspondence, invoices, payments.

• Enter & process pre book orders.

• Consistent communication with Operations Manager and Logistics Team.

• Prepare sales statistics and reports to support sales team.

• Retain a vast understanding of product lines.

• Maintain working knowledge of company policy with regards to products and service policies

• Contact clients and agents to provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data as required by sales team.

• General administrative support to internal departments and cross-collaboration with KJUS corporate offices in US and satellite office in mainland Europe (multi-language skills not required but a plus).

• Assist with accurate, timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.

• Assist with order processing and re-order requests

• Help with occasional golf or ski events.

• Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce on direct-to-consumer promotions, events, etc.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum experience of 2-3 years in an e-commerce or customer service experience. Associate degree with min. 3-5 years of experience

• Client and service oriented, reliable, and flexible personality with a high dedication, positive attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication English skills (multi-lingual a plus)

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)

• Ability to stay calm and remain patient, whilst keeping the service levels high.

• Organised and works well with others.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• A passion for outdoor sports industry
