Job summary

Kukri Sports in Preston Head Office is seeking a full-time Sales & Customer Service Executive to be the face and voice of the brand, supporting UK customers and Area Sales Managers. You will nurture relationships, manage accounts, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will process orders with high accuracy, liaise with purchasing, design and logistics, and contribute to timely deliveries while driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all new and existing customers, via telephone or through our main contact inbox.
• Assisting with managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including purchasing, design, & logistics.
• To accurately process orders with a high attention to detail
• Lead the way in customer note updates on the internal system to ensure all departments are kept up to date with customer communications.
• Monitor order progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Champion the use of and compliance with the business’ Terms and Conditions.
• Take a positive approach to solving customer requirements, look for solutions and anticipate all outcomes.
• Develop relationships with existing partners and drive opportunities with potential customers.
