Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service and manage the customer journey from enquiry through post-hire feedback. You will communicate across phone, email and website requests, building strong relationships with customers and upselling where appropriate.

The role emphasizes initiative, adaptability, and continuous improvement within a hands-on, operational service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales enquiries.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge, eager to understand our product range.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service while using product knowledge to upsell opportunities.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email and website requests.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and own the customer journey.
• Build relationships with regular customers and ensure high service standards.
• Think on your feet and use initiative to continuously improve service.
