Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and website, manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and build lasting relationships with regular customers.

You will develop product knowledge, use your judgement for pricing and processes, and identify upselling opportunities within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience developing and utilising product knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing.
• Able to use own judgement and initiative to make decisions
• Excellent team player with collaborative approach
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement
• Competent with MS Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound order/sales enquiries and complete transactions to satisfy customers.
• Develop product knowledge to understand Sunbelt's range and upsell effectively.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and website requests to manage orders end-to-end.
• Own each order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and nurture long-term relationships.
• Provide a best-in-class service and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
