Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service to customers by phone, email and online requests. You will manage orders from enquiry through post-hire feedback, building relationships with regular customers and using product knowledge to maximise upsell opportunities.

Ideal candidates have proven customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a busy, operational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good problem solving and a proactive mindset.
• Familiar with MS Office and standard IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback and resolution.
