Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Controller to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers. You'll manage inquiries from first contact to post-hire feedback, building strong relationships and using product knowledge to maximise upsell opportunities.

You'll spend time on the phone, email and website requests, coordinating orders and ensuring accuracy, with a hands-on, operation-focused approach in a FTSE100 company offering a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience handling in-bound order/sales enquiries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using IT systems and MS Office.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
