Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service, handling customer enquiries by phone, email and website, and building lasting relationships with clients.

You will manage orders from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback, using product knowledge to upsell where appropriate and contribute to continuous service improvements in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service or Admin role.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both telephone and written.
• Good level of computer literacy and eagerness to learn IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and website requests.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and take ownership of the customer journey.
• Identify upselling opportunities using product knowledge to maximise value."
• Build relationships with regular customers and provide a best-in-class service.
