Support our Customers and Sales Teams by resolving queries with care We are looking for a Customer Services Support Executive to complement the existing team, and to act as a support to our customers and sales teams. The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation smooth running of the returns process. As a Customer Services Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing returns in and out of our warehouse
  • Managing weekly returns to our main suppliers
  • Monthly stock checks at our partners' warehouses, managing stock in/out and placing internal and external orders
  • Completing a variety of tasks relating to our suppliers such as, chasing credit notes, returning goods, obtaining returns authorisation, resolving queries and discrepancies
  • Investigate order delivery discrepancies
  • Experience being highly organised with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Good team player but able to work independently and use their own initiative.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have excellent analytical and numerical skills
