The role involves handling installation calls and providing the highest level of customer service to installers and engineers. Applicants should have strong IT skills and relevant qualifications, such as GCSEs or NVQs in Customer Service or Business Administration. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including holidays, discounts, and a pension scheme.
You are a confident and customer-focused individual with proven experience in engaging directly with the public in a professional setting. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and approach challenges with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Your excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—enable you to deliver a high level of customer service, while your attention to detail and organisational ability ensure accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a contact centre or similar role within local authority or emergency services, along with formal qualifications such as GCSEs (A–C) or NVQs in Customer Service or Business Administration. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with specialist systems like Oasis, would be a bonus.
Above all, you’re enthusiastic, reliable, and a great team player who enjoys working in a busy office environment and uses initiative to solve problems effectively.
