Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor in Huntington, Cambridgeshire. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of £12.77.

You will be the first point of contact for service users and families, ensuring correct products are delivered and installed, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include handling calls, booking delivery rounds, updating records, and supporting technicians and the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer service role.
• IT proficiency and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with service users, families and prescribers.
• Booking delivery rounds for Technicians and Service Engineers.
• Ensuring client and delivery details are up to date and notes are added.
• Relaying requirements for emergency jobs to technicians and warehouse.
• Answering emails, queries and complaints within agreed timeframes.
• Assessing Technician workload to ensure varied daily jobs.
• Maintaining empathy, patience and composure under pressure.
